HCA Constitution

Our club’s constitution outlines the foundational rules and governance structure that guide how the club operates and includes our objectives, and membership criteria, along with details about committee roles, voting procedures, and meeting protocols.

The constitution also defines how decisions are made, how finances are managed, and how disputes are resolved. Importantly, it sets out processes for amending the constitution itself, ensuring transparency and accountability as the club evolves.

This document helps maintain fairness, consistency, and alignment with broader sporting regulations.

Please send any enquiries relating to the Constitution to our Secretary by email.
